Klarna integration

Agentic commerce, proven — real orders, paid via Klarna, inside real AI.

Not a mockup. Four ways an AI shops the store and pays via Klarna — end to end, real orders, EU-compliant so a human approves every payment (PSD2/SCA).

A human approves every payment — the agent never pays itself.
01

On-site AI shopping assistant

Order #66

An AI assistant on the store asks the shopper's need, recommends the right product from the data, and takes payment in the same conversation — here via Klarna.

The assistant offers payment in chat — Pay with Klarna €19.00.
Order #66 confirmed — €19.00 paid via Klarna.
02

External AI agent (MCP)

Order #68

An external agent discovers the store from its own data (/.well-known/mcp.json), connects to the MCP endpoint and buys through its tools — with the human approving the payment (PSD2/SCA).

The agent transacts via the MCP endpoint and pays with Klarna — order #68.
03

Claude connecting over the public internet

Order #69

Claude (via the Anthropic API mcp_servers connector — the same interface real connectors use) connects to the store's remote MCP across the public internet and completes a Klarna purchase.

Remote MCP connector over a public tunnel — order #69, paid via Klarna.
04

A real Claude account, one connector

Order #70

The store is added as a connector in a consumer's own Claude account. The shopper asks in natural language, Claude searches and assembles the order, hands over a Klarna approval link — and the order is placed only after the human approves the payment.

The shopper asks to buy, in their own Claude.
Claude returns the Klarna approval link — the human approves it themselves (SCA).
Order #70 confirmed in a real Claude account — paid via Klarna.

The same build works on any platform with an open commerce API (WooCommerce piloted; BigCommerce, Wix, Magento, PrestaShop, commercetools and more), with payment through the store's own provider (Klarna, Stripe, Paytrail, Visma Pay and others).
